If you ever dine at the Continental Midtown restaurant you may see Catherine Piotrowski running around. Sometimes she's helping at the host stand, or running food to tables, or greeting guests to ask them how's their dining experience. But aside from all of that she does so much more behind the scenes, than what you can see as a guest.

She's truly the backbone of the restaurant, a position that is time consuming and at times stressful, but she handles it well.

Thats the life of an Assistant General Manager, a position Piotrowski has held for a very longtime. Before she got into management she was a server at several Philadelphia restaurants. When she's not running around Continental Midtown with a smile on her face she's most likely spending time at home with her family!
