While dining out has a lot of components--ambiance, presentation, service etc., the food itself plays a large role. Good food is essentially the most important part of the dining out experience. Some people will eat at a hole in the wall place as long as the food is up to par. For me, I appreciate presentation. The photo above was taken at In-riva an Italian restaurant in east falls which also has good food and especially good presentation.
