I've always loved when restaurants put a spin on certain dishes and In-Riva seems to specialize in this. These are fried artichokes, but they taste nearly like potatoes! They were topped off with olives and underneath is a lemon yogurt sauce. I would've never thought that this combination would work, but it does.
